Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Icarus Athlete, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any item. We believe this gives you enough time to try on your gear and make sure it's the perfect fit.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for Return:

  • Standard jerseys and apparel
  • Accessories and gear
  • Items with manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized jerseys
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@icarusathlete.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item with all original tags and packaging
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Simply follow the return process above and indicate which size or item you'd like instead. We'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: Free return shipping, we'll send you a prepaid label

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@icarusathlete.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund right away.
