At Icarus Athlete, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Please read our store policies carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Policy

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

For custom or personalized products (e.g., jerseys with custom name and number), orders are non-cancellable once production has begun. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.

2. Shipping Policy

We ship across India and internationally. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Domestic (India): 5–10 business days
International: 10–21 business days

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or peak seasons. Icarus Athlete is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping thresholds may apply and will be communicated on the website.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

Customized or personalized products (jerseys with name/number).
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@icarusathlete.com with your order number and reason for return.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the source account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when contacting support.

5. Cancellation Policy

Standard products: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
Custom/personalized products: Cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes (GST) are included in the displayed price or will be shown at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

8. Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for select pincodes
Shopify Pay / Shop Pay

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We do not store your payment card details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, product designs, and text — is the intellectual property of Icarus Athlete and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
